Community Growth Ventures is built on more than 15 years of experience across employment services, recruitment, community services, disability, aged care, and education. Our background includes recruiting across a wide range of industries and role levels, from entry-level and frontline positions through to professional and senior roles. This experience has provided a practical understanding of how the Australian job market works, what employers look for, and why many capable people struggle to move successfully from education, unemployment, or transition periods into meaningful work.Our approach is grounded in the belief that employment barriers cannot be solved through isolated activities or ad hoc support. A person’s pathway into work must be addressed through a systematic and sequential process — beginning with engagement, health and personal barriers, motivation, and career direction, before progressing to resumes, interviews, applications, and job search strategy.
